Green Meadows Resort

The resort is located ~12km from Marina Beach but only ~500m from Palavakkam Beach, which was great for us as it was walkable distance! Also Thiruvanmiyur and Elliot's Beach were within reasonable distance respectively! The main road is also only ~500m so the conveyance is also not a problem. The resort seems to be still in its infancy and the staff are doing their best to keep up with the service level of the day. The rooms were spacious, neat and well kept. Some basic fixtures were missing but they did their best to assist when apprised about the same. There is a swimming pool and a big lawn too. The greenery is awesome! A very happening bar and a quaint little restaurant inside the campus keep the evenings very happening! We also got to hear live music courtesy of local talent at the bar. The food at the restaurant is very global and local or traditional food is scant, which should not be the case in my opinion, yet we had no complaints as all the dishes we ordered were delicious and fresh. Last but not the least, a very well behaved canine (Kenny) welcomes you at the reception and was a joy to have company of. So five stars!

The service is fast and reliable. The breakfast was one of the best things here we looked forward to it every morning! The place is beautiful and the rooms are very clean :)

The rooms in bungalow-style mostly two-level buildings are lovely, sparkling clean with soothing, upscale decor. The staff works round-the-clock to make sure you are happy during your stay. Hearty breakfast with eggs and dosas made to order. Nice gardens full of flowers and birds.

Everything. People were very friendly and helpful. Facility was calm and peaceful. Foods were good.
